We talk to one of the country’s top property tycoons Rob Moore. He’s also the author of ‘Life Leverage: How to Get More Done in Less Time, Outsource Everything’, which is aimed at all entrepreneurs, not just those in property.

Have you taken a moment to consider a restaurant’s menu? Well of course you have. There’s a prawn cocktail starter and a nice steak for the main. You can tell the sort of person I am. Well, I’m not actually talking about the items that are on the menu, what I’m talking about is its design. The items we choose are apparently all down to a science.

In this week’s business insight we discover that unfortunately, you’re losing customers. That is of course not good, so we’re going to be looking at why and what you can do to stop it.
